About our Leadership Program:
At NVLP, we want to provide opportunities for our members to develop important leadership skills. Through the leadership subset, members learn through leadership development webinars. Leadership not only cultivates confidence and collaboration, but it also gives you experience that will stand out to colleges and employers. After receiving leadership training, members can give back to the community via outreach programs. These outreach programs will introduce middle school students to leadership concepts and applications. Not only will the middle schoolers benefit from this, but members will have the opportunity to enhance their teaching and leading skills along with earning service hours. Members also have the opportunity to cultivate their leadership skills by applying to lead a monthly volunteer event. If you're interested, join us!
