PVSA Payments
Members will pay for the cost of their award. NVLP will cover all shipping and handling costs. To pay for your award, just follow the steps below!
1. Choose your award type
The President's Volunteer Service Award Association offers 4 different types of awards. You may choose from any of the following.

Certificate signed by the President of the United States - $7.00

Certificate + Pin - $8.50

Certificate + Coin - $12.50

Certificate + Medallion - $12.50
2. Pay on the SRVUSD Webstore
Go to the SRVUSD Webstore​ (if an error message pops up, click "Start Again") and log in. Click on California High School under the School drop-down in the upper lefthand corner. Click on the NVLP button with the corresponding award type you want, and click "Add to Cart". Click on the cart symbol in the upper righthand corner to complete payment.
3. Fill out the confirmation form
After you have paid on the webstore, please fill out this form indicating which type of award you would like to recieve. This is an additional confirmation measure, as well as necessary since two of the awards cost the same.
