NVLP Board Positions for 2025 - 2026
Apply to be an officer of NVLP for the 2025 - 2026 school year! Officers earn service hours and gain valuable working experience. Members can submit applications for up to 2 positions. Below is a list of available positions and duties. Interviews will be held in April for Vice President, Volunteer Activities Coordinator, and Leadership Activities Coordinator applicants. Applications open on March 14th, 2025, and are due March 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM!
Vice President*
duties include
- help presidents with managing volunteer events, leadership events, the website, and PVSA verification
- Keep track of emails and responses
- requires around 1-3 hours of work (weekly)
*not open to the class of 2026
Volunteer Activity Coordinator
duties include
- find and plan at least 2/3 volunteer activities a month
- work with leadership coordinators to plan leadership materials for middle schoolers
- requires around 1 hour of work (weekly)
Leadership Activity Coordinator
duties include
- plan leadership webinars
- work with activity coordinators to plan leadership materials for middle schoolers
- requires around 1 hour of work (weekly)
Media Manager
duties include
- create Instagram posts & stories
- send Remind messages
Secretary
duties include
- take meeting notes & submit monthly meeting minutes
- take attendance at meetings & at in-person events
Treasurer/Fundraiser Coordinator
duties include
- manage PVSA payments
- keep track of financial reports
Fundraiser Coordinator
duties include
- plan fundraisers
- at least 3 fundraisers per semester
